Maison Lafayette Miroir d’eau houses our most prestigious apartment. Nestled on the 3rd floor with elevator, the vast 140 m2 apartment, very bright and air-conditioned, offers a spectacular view of the banks of the Garonne, the Pont de Pierre and the Miroir d’eau.

Ideally located, in the heart of Bordeaux, halfway between the Jardin Public and the historic Chartrons district, renowned for its antique shops and the liveliness of its numerous restaurants.
The building is located at the foot of the tram line and very close to the public transport hub of Place des Quinconces, for easy access to the entire Bordeaux metropolis. This ancient building does not have an elevator.
Maison Lafayette Jardin Public proposes two large 2-bedroom apartments: Giverny and Edvard and two comfortable 1-bedroom apartments: Nicolas and Gustav

This bourgeois building is nestled in the heart of Bordeaux’s golden triangle and a few steps from Place des Quinconces.
The building of classic architecture from the 18th century, is located on a course shaded by lime trees, halfway between Place Tourny and the famous Place des Quinconces, whose 12 hectares of tree-lined esplanade make it the most great place in Europe. This historic heart of the city, which hosts numerous cultural and popular events, is also a public transport hub serving the entire Bordeaux metropolis. This ancient building does not have an elevator.
Maison Lafayette Quinconces proposes two large 2-bedroom apartments: Vincent and Vassily and two comfortable 25 sqm studios: Studio Arles and Studio K
